Let’s take a ~40 year old Tube TV out of service… permanently. Time to mount a TV on the wall that was at least made in this century.
At our vacation home there is a TV that was used at my parents house, pulled and used in the living room at their mini-cabin in the woods. It was then move to the vacation home they built on that property in the main living room. Later it was relegated to the activity room in the basement of that property. It was MAYBE ran 20 hours in that space in 10 years…
Now it’s time to mount a TV on the wall that was built in this century, 2009 to be exact. It is small, but big enough for the occasional watch it will be used for.
The ‘new’ (25 year old) TV has not been used much . It was bought by my son and he didn’t use it much before he passed, then it hung on the wall of his bedroom for the last 20 years plus. It should serve it’s purpose well.
