EggStractor Eggshell Removal Device NOT A GIMIC!!! Worked for me 12 out of 12 Eggs

In this video I try out the ‘As Seen On TV’ EggStractor eggshell removal device. I was fully expecting it to fail miserably, but was pleasantly surprised that once you understand the the science behind it will work almost every time. I shelled the first 12 eggs that I tried with it.

Pop POP Push PUSH and the shell is off.

Hints:

• Eggs should be warm, not hot, not from the fridge, I found that about 2 hours of ambient cooling after the egg cooker action works best for me.
• When poking the hole in the peek (top) of the egg, make sure the membrane s open as well so air can get to the egg and not just outside the membrane.
• When cracking the bottom (flat side, air pocket side) of the egg, crack shell all the way around almost to the point where the egg will sit in on the extractor table.
• Clean loose shell fragments to get a good air seal every time.
• If you push to hard/fast, you often blow up the egg. Slightly less force is needed.
• If you push too soft/slow, nothing happens, try a little harder or sharper motion.
